This is my first blog post ever. I wanted it to be about something that I could talk about freely with others since I suspect people around me are not a big fan of the topic. It's not that they hate it; they just get bored easily and they are not as eager or passionate about it as I am. 

I just simply want to talk about my country India, and its journey since 1947 (the year of its independence). it might seem like a boring subject, but don't let that fool you. If you ever happen to stumble upon a chapter on India in a History book, trust me you'll be amazed.

Now this is just going to be an introductory post. I'll post an actual post sometime in the near future. This blog is gonna contain several topics concerning India, just anything that pops in my head that week. I'll update it weekly. Comment about what you would like to discuss about, and I'll try my best to post what I think!
